The new MacBook Pro looks great, with a big leap in performance & some great new connectivity.
Thunderbolt technology allows you to connect high performance peripherals at 10Gbps!
Looks like lacie is going to have a Thunderbolt-ready drive soon.
Daisy-chain your Firewire sound card from the hard drive and you still have a FW800 port open for a UAD-2 Satellite, which coincidentally also ships today.
