Breakout Box Accessory:
Available as a separate accessory for Duet 2 is a solidly built, aluminium breakout box with 2 1/4” instrument inputs, 2 XLR microphone inputs and 2 balanced XLR outputs. The breakout box features studio-quality I/O connectors and includes a 2 meter cable for connection to and from Duet 2

hi i was just wondering, between the apogee duet 2 and the rme babyface which would you say is the better card and what are their prices?

They’re both excellent choices. Are you an PC or MAC?
Are you going to expand your setup down the line?
The sound of the converters is quite subjective, so I’d suggest contacting a good dealer who will let you have a listen to both options before you make a choice. I’ve asked one of my colleagues to drop you a mail with some pricing.
